Grande at Hanover Condominium Association

The Grande at Hanover is a new community of 160 luxury condominiums located just off Route 10 West in Whippany, NJ. The vast majority of buildings were built by DR Horton in 2010. The neighborhood features units ranging from just over 1000 square feet to over 1400 square feet in 16 buildings. A handful of units are larger than 1400 square feet. Each home offers 1 to 2 bedrooms and up to 2 baths. All units have a one-car garage with additional parking outside of the buildings.
