    The Board meets on a monthly basis for closed working sessions, with Open Board Meetings being
    held quarterly.
    Unit Owners are invited to attend the Open Meetings (tenants are not permitted
    at these meetings).
    Open Meetings are held in February, May, August and November of each year,
    on the third (3rd) Tuesday of the month,
    starting at 7:30 p.m. in the Clubhouse Multipurpose Room.
